2021 TB Learning Collaborative
“Quality Improvement Strategies for Latent Tuberculosis Infection (LTBI) Testing and Treatment in AA-, NH- and PI-Serving Health Centers: Standardized Data Collection Opportunities”
The TB Elimination Alliance invites you to apply for the upcoming TB Learning Collaborative, “Quality Improvement Strategies for Latent Tuberculosis Infection (LTBI) Testing and Treatment in Asian American- (AA-), Native Hawaiian (NH-), and Pacific Islander- (PI-) Serving Health Centers: Standardized Data Collection Opportunities” by Friday, February 26, 5:00pm local time. Documentation of commitment from your supervisor or health center leadership is due by Friday, March 5, 2021 to tb-cen@aapcho.org.
An honorarium will be made available for Community Health Center providers and staff interested in starting or expanding current LTBI data collection initiatives. This Learning Collaborative is an opportunity to advance your Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) initiatives and may contribute to quality incentives that reward LTBI data collection in the future.
Health center clinicians and/or enabling services providers will have a chance to learn from TB champions and experts, including Amy Tang, MD, Fayette Nguyen Truax, PhD, RN, CPNP-PC, Kara Green, FNP, and staff from the Association of Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations. Learning collaborative participants will learn quality improvement strategies for standardized LTBI testing and treatment data collection.
